• Check the good coordination between the construction company and its subcontractors. 
• Monitor the company’s compliance with health, safety and environmental plans and related regulations.

• Review and validate monthly company reports 
• Establishment and distribution every month of a report on the progress of the work and on the expenses incurred, on the technical results of implementation of the various materials and aggregates;
